Meditation is one of the most powerful healing modalities known to mankind.

Innerbundance Meditation classes combine passive supported Yoga Postures, Pranayama (breathing) and guided Meditation.
It is a powerful combination enabling you to achieve dynamic states of deep relaxation, connecting mind, body and spirit.

The sequencing of passive restorative yoga postures allow the mind and body to let go and relax in preparation for Pranayama (breathing).
Pranayama acts as a bridge connecting the mind and body. Fluctuations of the mind settle.  In this deeper state of being we are able to begin and experience Meditation.
